Pricing

Transparent per-document pricing. No hourly billing.

Browse a broader litigation and appellate drafting catalog. Listed categories are general U.S. service descriptions; availability, procedural naming, and filing requirements depend on the court and jurisdiction. On longer jobs, rush delivery halves the time for a flat $300 more.

Appellate drafting: $1,200 per document. Appellate motions to dismiss and motions to strike: $600. Pricing reflects document category; applicable court rules vary by jurisdiction.

Delivery times count from when we receive your complete documents. Newly added complex appellate services use planning prices and turnaround estimates that must be confirmed before accepting an order. Motion names and availability vary by jurisdiction; the catalog does not establish a right to file any particular motion. New EOIR services display provisional catalog prices ($600 motions and $1,200 briefs/appellate work unless otherwise indicated); confirm scope and turnaround before accepting an order. Some BIA submissions, particularly reply briefs, are permitted only under restricted circumstances. Immigration work is delivered to attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives only.

Questions

Before you order

How fast will I get my draft?

Every draft takes at least 48 hours. Complaints and motions take 48 hours, briefs and complete discovery 3 days, asylum packets 5 days, most immigration filings 7 days, and EB petitions 7 to 14 days. You see the estimated due date before you place the order, and can request your own delivery deadline for confirmation.

Are revisions free?

Yes. Unlimited revisions are included at no additional charge for revisions within the original agreed scope and instructions. New claims, major changes in instructions, or newly expanded assignments may require a separate quote. Based on our internal experience, approximately 90% of drafts require no revisions; this is an estimate, not an independently verified rate.

Can I choose my own deadline?

Yes. Enter your requested draft delivery date and time in the order form and separately enter any court filing deadline. We assess your requested turnaround and confirm it before accepting that schedule. An order submission does not guarantee a requested deadline.

What does rush delivery cost?

Rush is a flat $300 on top of the document price. It halves the delivery time on any job that takes longer than 48 hours.

Who can order?

Attorneys, law firm staff, DOJ-accredited representatives, businesses that file for themselves and self-represented parties. Immigration drafts are delivered only to attorneys and accredited representatives, who sign and file them.

Do you give legal advice or file for me?

No. Queens Legal Services is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We prepare drafts from your facts and instructions. You or your attorney review, sign and file.

How do I pay?

Payment details follow when we confirm your order. Drafting starts once the order is confirmed and your documents are in.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Your order and files are visible only to you and to Queens Legal Services. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
